Chicken and Dumpling soup



This easy crock pot soup will fill up your family!! 

It is easy to customize to your likes, so feel free to add or subtract any veggies or spices!

1 cup celery chopped
1 1/2 cups carrots peeled and sliced
1/2 onion chopped
8 cups of chicken stock/broth
1 tsp poultry seasoning
1 tsp oregano
2 tsp minced garlic
2 bay leaves
1/2 tsp pepper
2 cups chicken cooked and cubed
1 1/2 cups Bisquick
1/3 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk

Mix veggies, broth, spices and chicken in crock pot. Let cook on high for about 5-6 hours. Add small spoonfulls of mixed biscuits (will be a very wet dough). Let biscuits cook for another 25 minutes. (you can check them with a fork to ensure they are done). Some of the biscuits will disolve a little and makes the broth thicker. My kids ate this up so quickly and between 5 of us there were no leftovers!!
