This recipe was a favorite growing up and a great way for my mom to use up her canned peaches! It was from her old McCalls cookbook.
Peach Crisp
1 jar or 3 cans peaches with juice drained
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup soft butter
Preheat oven to 375
grease 8x8 pan
place drained peaches in pan
whisk together flour, sugar, salt and cinnamon
cut in butter with pastry blender or fork until mixture resembles fine crumbs.
Sprinkle evenly over peaches.
Bake for 45 minutes. Serve warm with cream or ice-cream
