Chicken Pot Pie
1 batch of pie crust
2 cups chicken cooked
2-3 cans of mixed veggies
2 cans cream of chicken soup
salt and pepper to taste
Pre-heat oven to 350
Press half of crust into a 8x8 square dish or pie plate.
In separate bowl mix together chicken, veggies and soup
Place filling inside crust. Place other half of crust on top and seal.
Cut a few slits on top.
Bake for 35-40 minutes until crust is done.
